Refund Policy

The customer can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item(s). All sales are final 30 days after the item(s) have been received by the customer.

South Central Hemp will pay for the return shipping costs of all unopened, unused, and undamaged items. The customer can decide if they would like to receive full refund or store-credit.

  For items opened and found to be defective, the customer can request a return, and if approved, South Central Hemp will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a store-credit.

  For items that have been used and found to be unsatisfactory by the customer for any reason other than a defect, the customer can request a return of the item and receive their choice of either a 50% refund or store-credit. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping any unsatisfactory item that has already been opened or used.

  To complete a return, please contact with the order number. The customer will receive a return authorization code to place with the return. If the return is not received by South Central Hemp for any reason, i.e. lost in the mail, the customer will be eligible for store credit ONLY after the customer has provided proof of shipment via tracking information and receipt of shipping purchase.

  All returns must include a return authorization code in order to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Once a return is received and inspected, South Central Hemp will send the customer an email stating that the item has been received, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If the return is approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 30 days. However, if the customer requests a store credit or the return is only eligible for store credit, then the customer will be provided with a code for the online store equalling the approved value of their return.
